Leah Fletcher, LCSW, BCD

Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Board Certified Diplomate/Therapist (she/her)

A Partner in Your Journey

With over 26 years of service in the military and 15 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I’ve learned one fundamental truth: you are the ultimate expert on your own life. Whether you are navigating the high-pressure world of a professional career or transitioning out of uniform, I’m here to help you navigate the terrain. My practice is a dedicated space for professional women, veterans, and the LGBTQ+ community to decompress and find clarity. I specialize in helping adults work through the "heavy stuff"—from workplace burnout and relationship hurdles to the complex layers of trauma, anxiety, and substance use.

What to Expect

My style is collaborative, holistic, and deeply human. A Warm Environment… No cold, clinical vibes here. I work in a supportive atmosphere where you can be your authentic self.

  • Deep Insight: We’ll look at the "why" behind your thoughts, helping you understand how they drive your emotions and actions.

  • Empowered Choice: My goal isn't to tell you what to do; it’s to help you examine your options so you can confidently choose the path that serves you best.

Life transitions can be tough, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Let’s work together to turn your insights into action.

Jamal Fletcher, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapist (he, him)

Taking the leap into therapy can be a huge deal, and honestly, it’s one of the best investments you can make in yourself. I know it isn't always easy to start, but I’m here to make the process feel a lot less daunting.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 12 years of experience in mental health. More importantly, I’m a combat Veteran, husband, and father. I understand the unique weight of these experiences firsthand. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside fellow Veterans, survivors of military sexual trauma, older adults, and couples from all walks of life.

My Approach

I don’t believe in a "one-size-fits-all" solution. I draw from several different toolkits—such as ACT, CBT, and CPT—but the core of my work remains Trauma-Informed Care. This means we focus on:

  • Your Strengths: Identifying what makes you resilient.

  • Your Values: Figuring out what actually matters to you.

  • Your Needs: Tackling the "right now" stuff while building long-term resources.

A Safe Space for Everyone

It is incredibly important to me that you feel safe showing up exactly as you are. I strive to be an LGBTQ ally and practice cultural humility, which is another way of saying I acknowledge and respect the unique backgrounds, beliefs, and identities you bring to the table. No code switching required.

My goal is to create a space that is completely non-judgmental and empowering. You’re the expert on your own life; I’m just here to help you navigate it.
